EseeCloud works just as I expected—super easy to use, even if you’re not tech-savvy. The NVR cameras we bought back in 2018 plug and play seamlessly with this software, which is a huge plus. That said, the April 11, 2023 update did break the camera feeds temporarily; the app kept saying “network offline,” even though I knew my internet was working fine. Fingers crossed that doesn’t happen again!

The EseeCloud PC app (version EseeCloud_Setup_3.0.3_20200319) is finally working smoothly with Windows 11! The freezing issue that used to bug me was fixed a while back too, so I’m back to giving it 5 stars. I’ve been using EseeCloud for years—since around 2011—and aside from a tiny blip where it gave me trouble, it’s been one of the most reliable camera apps I’ve had.

The camera and EseeCloud app work really well together—no compatibility issues at all! Unfortunately, due to my Android settings (not the app’s fault), I can’t get notifications to pop up.
